We can print a wide range of images, including people, animals, objects, and custom designs. There are no restrictions on subject matter, provided the image is suitable for print and you have permission to use it.

High-resolution, clear, and well-lit images work best. Photos that are blurry, dark, heavily cropped, or low resolution may affect the final print quality.

Yes! After you upload your image and place your order, we’ll create a visual preview of how your cutout will look when printed. This proof will be emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

If we don’t receive a response within 24 hours of sending the proof, we’ll go ahead and print your order as shown to avoid delays.

Please make sure the email address provided at checkout is correct and check your spam or junk folder.

We recommend JPEG, PNG, or PDF files. If you’re unsure whether your image is suitable, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Yes, provided you have permission to use and reproduce the image. This includes permission relating to copyright of the image and the likeness or image rights of the person shown. We act as a custom print service and are unable to verify or license image rights on your behalf, so it’s important that you are authorised to use the photo you submit.

Yes. You must own the image or have permission from the rights holder to reproduce and distribute it. By uploading an image, and placing an order you confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions.

If an image raises concerns relating to usage rights or suitability, we reserve the right to request an alternative image or cancel the order at our discretion. We act solely as a custom print service and do not verify, clear, or license customer-supplied images; responsibility for obtaining all necessary permissions remains with the customer.

We offer Cutouts ranging from 1 foot (30cm) - 6 foot 6 (198cm). Other sizes may also be available on request - no Cutout too big, no Cutout too small.

Our cutouts are printed on durable, high-quality recyclable cardboard and include a fold-out stand on the reverse for easy display. For customers needing a more durable, weather-resistant option.

We also offer cutouts printed on corrugated plastic (PVC board). This option is stronger, more durable, and better suited for outdoor use and can be selected directly on the product page. Prices for PVC cutouts are slightly higher than cardboard due to the material used.

Our cutouts can be used both indoors and outdoors; however, to keep them in the best condition, we recommend indoor use. They are not fully weatherproof and prolonged exposure to rain, moisture, or strong wind may cause damage.

Standard orders will be sent out within 10 working days of artwork approval, although we will always aim to deliver as quickly as possible.

Express UK delivery orders will be dispatched within 3 working days of artwork approval via 24 hour delivery.

Turnaround times can occasionally be delayed subject to high workload and the service may be unavailable, in which case we will inform you as soon as possible. Production will start from receipt of customer confirmation. We aim to return artwork for approval as quickly as possible however may take up to 48 hours or longer subject to workload.

Yes. We welcome bulk, event, and corporate orders. Please contact us for a quote on larger quantities.

As all products are custom-made to order, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not available once production has begun. We only offer refunds for products arriving damaged if the parcel was signed for as damaged with the courier. In this case you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence; we may request the item be returned for inspection within 48 hours using tracked delivery before arranging a replacement. Refunds or reprints are not offered for colour variations unless a prior agreement was made to match a supplied sample. Additional delivery charges may apply if multiple delivery attempts are required.

Images are stored securely and only for the purpose of fulfilling your order, in line with our privacy policy. We never use customer images for marketing or promotional purposes without explicit permission.
