1. About Us
   
   1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed with The Custom Cutout Company (“we”, “us”, “our”).
   
   1.2 By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
   
   1.3 We provide custom-made cardboard and corrugated plastic cutouts produced using customer-supplied images. All products are made to order.
2. Orders & Contract Formation
   
   2.1 When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product based on the details you have provided.
   
   2.2 All orders are subject to acceptance and are only confirmed once your order has been dispatched.
   
   2.3 You are responsible for ensuring all order details, including size, material choice, delivery address, and uploaded images, are correct at the time of ordering.
3. Image Rights, Copyright & Permissions
   
   3.1 By uploading or supplying any image, photograph, artwork, or design (“Content”), you confirm that you own the Content or have obtained all necessary permissions, licences, and consents to reproduce and distribute it.
   
   3.2 This includes, but is not limited to, copyright, likeness or image rights, publicity rights, trademarks, and any applicable third-party rights.
   
   3.3 We act solely as a custom print and manufacturing service and do not verify, clear, or license customer-supplied Content.
   
   3.4 Responsibility for image permissions remains entirely with the customer.
   
   3.5 We reserve the right to request an alternative image or cancel an order if Content raises concerns regarding legality, suitability, or quality.
4. Celebrities & Public Figures
   
   4.1 Cutouts of celebrities or public figures may only be ordered if you have permission to reproduce both the image and the likeness of the person shown.
   
   4.2 We do not verify image rights on your behalf and accept no liability for unauthorised use of images.
5. Artwork Proofs & Approval
   
   5.1 Where applicable, a visual artwork proof will be emailed to the address provided within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
   
   5.2 If we do not receive a response within 24 hours of sending the proof, the artwork will be deemed approved and the order will automatically proceed to production to avoid delays.
   
   5.3 It is your responsibility to review proofs carefully and ensure your contact details are correct.
6. Image Quality
   
   6.1 We recommend supplying high-resolution, clear, and well-lit images.
   
   6.2 Poor image quality may affect the final printed result, and we are not responsible for dissatisfaction caused by low-quality images supplied by the customer.
7. Materials & Use
   
   7.1 Standard cutouts are printed on durable, high-quality, recyclable cardboard and include a fold-out stand for easy display.
   
   7.2 We also offer cutouts printed on corrugated plastic (PVC board), which are stronger, more durable, and better suited for outdoor use. This option can be selected directly on the product page and is priced higher due to the material used.
   
   7.3 Cutouts may be used indoors or outdoors; however, for best condition and longevity, we recommend indoor use.
   
   7.4 Cutouts are not fully weatherproof, and prolonged exposure to rain, moisture, or strong winds may cause damage.
8. Sizes
   
   8.1 We offer cutouts ranging from approximately 1 foot (30 cm) up to 6 foot 6 (198 cm), with additional sizes available on request.
9. Pricing & Payment
   
   9.1 All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
   
   9.2 Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
   
   9.3 We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without notice.
10. Production & Delivery
    
    10.1 Standard orders are typically dispatched within 10 working days of artwork approval.
    
    10.2 Express UK orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days of artwork approval via 24-hour delivery.
    
    10.3 Production and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
    
    10.4 If delivery has been attempted more than once due to incorrect address details or failure to receive the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply.
11. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
    
    11.1 Because all products are custom-made to order, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not available once production has begun.
    
    11.2 If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging, and ensure the parcel was signed for as damaged with the courier.
    
    11.3 We may require the item to be returned for inspection within 48 hours using tracked delivery before arranging a replacement or refund.
    
    11.4 Refunds or reprints are not offered for colour variations unless a prior written agreement was made to match a supplied sample before production.
12. Privacy
    
    12.1 Customer images and personal information are used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    
    12.2 We do not use customer images for marketing without explicit permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
    
    13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to the value of the order placed.
    
    13.2 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
14. Governing Law
    
    14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
15. Changes to These Terms
    
    15.1 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
    
    15.2 The version in force at the time of ordering will apply.
16. Acceptance
    
    16.1 By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
